For the most part, CareGivers, a program of Catholic Charities New Hampshire, will not ask for personal information. Most visits do not specifically identify you, but do record internet service provider, internet browser, the device you are using, the site that referred you, the pages you view and the date/time you viewed them.

We use this to improve the usefulness of our site and we will not sell or disclose your information outside of the organization.

Important: We will share portions of your information if we believe it is necessary to protect against harm to the public or us. This is done as required or permitted by law.

Personal Information

In general, when you visit our site and access information, you remain anonymous.

There are occasions (like signing up for services) when we will ask for additional information. Personal information you submit can include your name, address, credit card information, and more. In these instances, you voluntarily submit this information. We make every effort to secure your information and we do not share it with other parties.

We would like to make sure you are fully aware of all of your data protection rights under GDPR:

  • The right to access: you have the right to request from us copies of your personal data. We may charge you a small fee for this service.

  • The right to restrict processing: you have the right to request that we restrict the processing of your personal data, under certain conditions.
  • The right to object to processing: you have the right to object to our processing of your personal data, under certain conditions.
  • The right to data portability: you have the right to request that we transfer the data that we have collected to another organization, or directly to you, under certain conditions.

If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you. We may change this Privacy Statement from time to time. If we make any significant changes in the way we treat your personal data, we will make this clear on the CareGivers’ website and/or by contacting you directly.

Credit Card Information

Catholic Charities New Hampshire, dba CareGivers, does not sell or distribute its donor information. In the case of memorial or honoree gifts, families will be acknowledged as to who made gifts, but the amount of money donated will be kept confidential.

We take every precaution to ensure that the collection and transmission of your information is secure and to industry standards. If have concerns about submitting credit card or other information online, you can send contributions by mail to 100 William Loeb Drive, Unit 3, Manchester, NH 03109 or by calling CCNH’s Development Department at 603-669-3030.

Children 13 and Under

Before supplying personal information to the site, visitors 13 years of age and under should obtain permission from their parent or guardian.
